Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Call 714-449-3318 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (returns will not be accepted without this authorization number).
All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original documentation.
Claims for discrepancies must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Material returned after 30 days from shipment date will not be accepted.
Custom orders are not returnable; no cancellations, returns, refunds, or credits for Made-To-Order materials.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Altered items will not be accepted.
Customer may return most non-defective products directly to Seller within thirty (30) days of invoice date and receive, at Customer’s option, credit or exchange, except that Customer may be subject to a restocking charge which will reduce the value of any such credit or exchange.
All return and refunds must be authorized by a KNS Industrial Supply representative.
